Robbie Bronnimann's passion for music & its associated technologies has had a profound affect on the dance music that he has poured his energies into for a number of years. Having released numerous original tracks under the dba name with vocalist Shaz Sparks with the support of many of the worlds top dj's, he has continued to remix under that moniker for the likes of Chicane, Ferry Corsten & Love Inc. He also developed a second electronic project tektonik^ with producer Andy Ross with numerous remixes under their belt for Platipus Records & an independent EP released on iTunes. As a producer Robbie has also had a chance to work with a diverse range of artists outside of the dance world such as Howard Jones & in particular the "Revolution Of The Heart' album for which he co-wrote, produced & mixed the entire project & the new “Ordinary Heroes” album. He has also produced & written for The Sugababes & new Japanese signing Elixia as well as Andy Hunter on Nettwerk Records.. Recent times have seen him developing a love of the 5.1 surround format with the first fruit being the Howard Jones double album 'Revolution Remixed & Surrounded' which features not only 3 5.1 mixes by Robbie but no less than 3 dance remixes under the dba name as well. he has since 5.1 mixed live DVD’s for various artists including Ultravox. In the last 18 months he has also moved into soundtrack work & has jointly written scores with Andy Hunter for US films “Expelled” & the up & coming “No Saints For Sinners”Recently described as 'A Musical Polymath' Robbie hopes to produce, remix & record for some exciting artists in the next year as well as finishing his debut solo album!
