About
Ferras Headlined The Blue Microphones/Sound Art “Up Your Karma” event which took place at the Viper Room on September 18th 2008. This sold out show was a huge success and generated great exposure and awareness for the charity, Sound Art. It was recorded live using a stereo pair of Blue’s Dragonfly mics. Stay tuned to hear the recording.
Ferras visited Blue Microphones Studio in October of 2008. After doing a mic sampling of Blue’s array of mics, Ferras identified the Woodpecker as the best mic for his voice and piano.
"I love the woodpecker from blue mics because it captures the soul in my voice, there’s a sweet spot that it picks up....it has a nice warm sound that is also great when doing live acoustic versions of songs with just me and the piano.... A great all around mic that we use a lot... "
